Shop/Order:

• Explore the Pre-Order Items available on our site & make your selections.
• Then, fill out an order form for any of the cottagewares on any of the Pre-Order Pages by clicking on any of the "fill out an order form" buttons to place your order.
• Once you've filled out your complete order with shipping information, click "submit".  
• We'll receive your order form, & then email you an invoice detailing your order, including shipping costs.
• **Let us know if you can pick up locally, so we don't charge you shipping!**

Creating your Cottagewares:

• If everything looks correct, pay the electronic invoice.
• Once we receive your invoice payment, you’ll receive an email confirming your purchase, delivery time, & any other details that may need to be talked about (i.e. any production issues, delivery requirements, etc) in a few days. 
• Then, we get to work creating your cottagewares!
• Made to Order Cottagewares do require full payment before we begin the creation process (orders can be cancelled and fully refunded anytime prior to shipment - see our Terms & Conditions).

Shipping/Delivery:  

• When we've finished crafting your item(s) & they're ready to ship (typically between 3-5 weeks), we'll email you tracking information.  
• Items will be shipped via USPS.  We will combine items into one package to save on shipping costs.
• To generate your invoice, we estimate shipping. We will always try to find the least expensive option for your delivery.  If we find a cheaper rate, after the sale, we will issue you a refund for the difference!
• If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Fernwood Cottage ASAP using the contact form on the homepage with the details of your order (date, invoice#, item, your full name, etc. - please include full contact information).
